Reconciliation

Match payouts to your records, check daily, and account for fees and returns.

Matching what you meant to pay with what was paid, and what it cost.

Match each payout

  • Save the payout id (po_…) the moment you create it, against your record, along with the Idempotency-Key you used.
  • Put your own id in reference so you can find payouts from your side too.
  • Move your record's status only from webhooks or a fresh GET.

Daily check

Once a day, list yesterday's payouts and compare them with your records:

curl "https://api.autopayke.com/api/v1/payouts?created_gte=2026-11-02T00:00:00%2B03:00&created_lt=2026-11-03T00:00:00%2B03:00&limit=100" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $AUTOPAYKE_API_KEY"

in_reviewWe're checking it. It will move on; contact support if it's urgent.

Money in and out

Each payout's cost is debited_usdc (the amount at rate plus fee_usdc). GET /api/v1/transactions lists every movement on the account, including funding and anything done in the app, each with a reference you can see on receipts. GET /api/v1/transactions/:id/receipt returns a receipt you can store or send. Failed and reversed payouts return their debit to your balance.

Times and currencies

  • All times are ISO 8601 in UTC; limits and the Console's charts use Nairobi time (UTC+3).
  • KES amounts on payouts are integer cents; account limits are whole shillings.
  • USDC amounts are 6-decimal strings; sum them with a decimal type, not floats.
