Funding your balance
Fund live payouts with USDC or USDT on Avalanche, or from M-Pesa in the app, and watch the balance.
Live payouts are paid from your workspace's USDC on the Avalanche C-Chain, held in a smart contract wallet AutoPayKe operates for your account. Fund it before you send.
Ways to fund

| USDC on Avalanche | Send to wallet_address from GET /api/v1/balance or the Console's Overview. | Credited once the transfer confirms on-chain, usually seconds. Use the Avalanche C-Chain only. |
| USDT on Avalanche | Same address. | Shows as usdt in the balance. |
| M-Pesa, card or bank | Top up from the AutoPayKe app signed in to the same account. | See Top-ups (on-ramp) for how top-ups work and cost. |
Send only USDC or USDT on the Avalanche C-Chain. Tokens sent on another network (Ethereum, Tron, Polygon…) to this address may be lost.
Watching the balance
- Check
GET /api/v1/balancebefore a large run. - Set a low-balance alert in the Console's Settings. We email your finance contact and send a
balance.lowwebhook when it drops below it. - A payout bigger than the balance fails with
INSUFFICIENT_BALANCE;details.required_usdcsays what it needed.
Sandbox
Test payouts use free test USDC from POST /api/v1/sandbox/faucet. It isn't real and can't be moved.
