Frequently asked questions

Can I send USDT on TRC-20 (Tron) to AutoPayKe?

No. AutoPayKe receives USDC and USDT on Avalanche C-Chain only. USDT sent on Tron, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Solana or any other network will not arrive. Most exchanges let you choose Avalanche C-Chain when you withdraw, convert or withdraw there first.

How long does USDC to M-Pesa take?

The deposit confirms on Avalanche in seconds. An M-Pesa withdrawal usually completes within minutes, at any hour, and you can follow every step live in the app.

What is the minimum and maximum?

You can withdraw from KES 10. Each M-Pesa withdrawal can be up to KES 150,000, within your own M-Pesa account limits. For larger amounts, withdraw to a Kenyan bank over PesaLink.

What rate do I get?

You see the live USDC-to-KES rate and the cash-out fee on the review screen before you confirm, and that is what you get. Our published prices are public at api.autopayke.com/api/v1/fees/published.

Do I need AVAX for gas?

No. Gas inside AutoPayKe is sponsored, so you never need to hold AVAX to withdraw or send. Your exchange pays the network fee for the deposit.

Is this a P2P trade?

No. There's no counterparty to find or trust and no escrow chat: you withdraw from your own wallet to M-Pesa at the price shown, like any other payment.

Can I withdraw to someone else's M-Pesa number?

Yes. Enter any Kenyan M-Pesa number. The receipt and your history show the real recipient's number and name. There is no recipient-name check before you confirm, so double-check the number.
